4. How long does activation take?

Most Premium Membership requests are verified within **24–48 hours** after successful payment.

5. Can I upload content before Premium activation?

Yes. Free users can continue using the existing standard upload system. Premium Creator features become available only after your membership is approved.

6. Can I create my own categories and subcategories?

Yes. This feature is available exclusively to Premium Members after activation.

7. Can I edit or delete my uploaded content?

Premium Members can add, edit, and delete only the content they own. Administrators always retain full control over all website content.

8. What happens if my upload is rejected?

You'll receive the reason for rejection in your dashboard. After making the necessary corrections, you can resubmit the content for review.

9. Is my payment automatically verified?

No. Payments are verified manually by the administrator. Please ensure you submit the correct Transaction ID and a clear payment screenshot.

10. Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are subject to the website's Refund Policy. Please review the policy before making a payment.

11. What content is not allowed?

The following content may be rejected or removed:
- Copyright-infringing material
- Misleading or false information
- Spam or duplicate uploads
- Malware or harmful files
